1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MOODOO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About MOODOO

MOODOO is an emotional wellbeing application designed to help users track their feelings through quick daily check-ins, discover emotional patterns, and receive personalized insights and activity suggestions.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

MOODOO is a self-reflection and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The insights, patterns, and suggestions shown in the App are generated automatically from the information you enter and should never replace professional care. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

MOODOO is not designed for users under the age of 13. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by the laws of your country.

5. Your Use of the App

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the App or its content
• Use automated systems to access the App in a way that harms its normal operation

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the mood entries, notes, and reflections you create in the App. Unless otherwise stated within the App, this content is stored locally on your device, and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Deleting the App, resetting your device, or clearing its data may permanently remove your entries. We cannot recover data that is stored only on your device.

7. Notifications

You may enable reminders for emotional check-ins based on your own schedule. You can modify or disable these notifications at any time in the App or your device settings. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time or at all, as delivery depends on your device and operating system.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the developer of MOODOO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

MOODOO may use trusted third-party services for crash reporting, performance monitoring, and anonymous usage analytics, and is distributed through third-party app stores. Your use of those services and stores is also governed by their own terms and policies, over which we have no control.

10. Availability and Changes to the App

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MOODOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm to other users or to the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application or on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
